Individuals or companies are free to use the resources (e.g. Photoshop brushes) on this page without restriction or royalties, in or outside deviantART and for both personal and commercial work.

In other words: Feel free to use the brushes etc, credit is cool but not necessary. If you'd like to, drop a note and point me in the direction of your artwork using any of the resources, I'd be happy to check it out.
